In addition to appearing before the criminal courts at all levels, our members regularly appear before Courts Martial, the VAT and Revenue Tribunals, the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal, a wide range of regulatory bodies, including various sports governing bodies, and professional disciplinary tribunals.     

We are highly respected in our work in the fields of Trading Standards and Consumer Law, Environmental Law, Food Hygiene, DTI/BERR/DBIS and Health and Safety investigations and prosecutions.  In relation  to Health and Safety, we have particular expertise in manslaughter prosecutions arising out of such matters.  Some of our members have experience in specific regulatory fields such as building control / planning, liquor licensing, Gambling Act, auctioneering matters, and prosecutions arising under the regulation of hackney carriage and private hire taxis.
