Crime

Instructed by both prosecution and defence in the full spectrum of serious criminal cases.  In the last six months, has defended many cases involving serious sexual offences, and has most recently
represented a client acquitted of robbery.

Sports Law

Non-professional interests mainly involve sport.  He has played, umpired and coached cricket for many years. He played hockey for eight seasons in what was then the Premier Division, and although injury curtailed his playing days, remains a fully qualified level one hockey umpire.    Midlands junior cycle cross champion, in his youth. He remains interested in all aspects of sport and sports law.
